Less paper work. We handle all travel documentation and can provide you with risk assessments (we know how keen the bosses are on this sort of stuff!), so all you need to worry about is whether you brought sun cream or not…
Inspection visits. It is essential for all party leaders to be as prepared and as comfortable as possible, prior to the trip taking place. With that in mind, we feel an inspection visit to your chosen resort is a must! This is available for all party leaders, regardless of your group size.
‘Ottimi Online’. All schools will have their very own personalised web page, which parents, students and trip leaders can access. Here, you will find all the information with regards to your trip, in one handy place!
Promotion assistance. Advertising a trip, and generating interest can be tricky. We provide letters, flyers, posters and videos, all designed specifically for your trip and are provided free of charge.
Presentation evening. We’ll happily co-host this important event to alleviate any concerns and take any questions from parents.
Free staff places pro rata. This is usually 1 free for every 10 paying students if you’re flying, and 1 in 8 if you’re going by coach.
